1. Survey and establish overall construction organization measures:
- Managing construction work and construction management.
- Read design documents, survey the site, and make a construction plan for all assigned work.
- Control costs related to the production and construction process (Equipment, Machine shift, Materials on the construction site).
- Report to superiors and coordinate with departments on Payment and Finalization work with Investors and Supervision Consultants.

- Prepare volume reports and overall project consumption reports
4. Maintain and develop domestic and foreign affairs throughout the project:
- Foreign and domestic affairs.
- Company representatives contact and work with agencies related to the Company's production activities.
5. Human resource management:
- Ensure strict implementation of rules and regulations issued by the Company.
- Participate in giving comments on company personnel policies.
- Propose the organizational structure of the construction site.
- Propose plans to adjust personnel: recruitment, rotation,...
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the work performance of employees under your authority.
- Recommend salaries, rewards or discipline employees under direct supervision.
- Responsible for employee violations.
