*Request
- Male: age from 30 to 40;
- Graduated from university majoring in: Civil & Industrial Construction;
- Have a Certificate of practice as a Chief Commander or a Class II Construction Supervision Consultant for the position of Project Commander;
- Resistant to pressure well, diligent and responsible at work;
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Autocad software...
* Job description
- In charge of direct construction management at the construction site;
- Responsible for ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and construction progress;
- Work directly with the Investor and provide supervision consultants on the acceptance of construction documents, construction appraisals and construction items;
- Prepare and manage construction documents: Payment volume, construction quality records;
- Monitor the quality and volume of construction teams and subcontractors;
- Organize acceptance and inspection of payment volumes for teams and subcontractors;
- Manage and monitor warehouses and imported and exported materials for construction;
- Summarize and report estimates of materials and construction costs for weeks, months and quarters;
- Report daily to direct superiors.
