- Implement the process of receiving information and processing customer requests from the system by phone.
- Exploit and filter customer needs.
- Evaluate and classify customers, select products to send to the collection for customers' reference.
- Answer questions and advise customers about the current real estate market, filter suitable products.
- Support all customer activities using company systems and online systems (Zalo, Vibe,...)
- Act as an intermediary in the negotiation process, consulting, and customer care regarding market situation, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related issues, ensuring honest and legal transactions. .
- Support customers to successfully close transactions through Propzy.
- Support work for other departments when requested from company superiors.
