- Update the number of agricultural products available in the day / product line / product code / promotion program ... to have information to advise customers.
- Live fanpage, sales website, App of the company, reply to comments and messages;
- Consulting products and sales, closing orders, printing order sheets and transferring them to the order closing department;
- Monitoring and tracking orders from closing orders with customers until customers receive products and pay in full.
- Customer care before, during and after the sale;
- Manage and track customer data on fanpage, Web, App and report as required;
- Directly handle and promptly respond to customers' problems and complaints about the company's products and services;
- Take photos of products, send them to customers, post them on the Company's sales page; Coordinate with store managers to implement marketing programs to promote sales.
- Coordinate with other departments of the company to bring the best experience to customers and ensure the target revenue;
- Participate in training and coaching during the entire working process.
- Support other departments when there is a command of QL. "
