WORK CONTENT
- Contact customers through outgoing calls, receive incoming calls, emails, chats, messages to support handling issues related to travel advice, accommodation, problems cancel and complain.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate tools, methods and processes.
- Ensure a high level of customer care and positive customer experience.
RIGHT:
- Income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000/month.
- Official salary: 9,000,000 / Month (LCB: 7,50000 + Rice allowance 500000/Month + Other allowance 1,000,000) + Night shift allowance: 30%/day salary + KPIS: 900000 - 1,20000.
- Trial salary: 8,000,000 / Month (LCB: 7,50000 + Rice allowance 500000/Month) + Night shift allowance: 30%/day salary + KPIS: 900000 - 1,20000.
