Job description:
- Directly receive, support and resolve requests from customers through channels required by the company.
- Identify causes, incidents, reasons, handling directions and remedial measures before ending a claim/complaint after the customer is satisfied.
- Handle situations effectively to ensure on time and quality.
- Participate in proposing ideas in supporting care and handling complaints from customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Have a personal laptop to work.
- Flexible shift rotation.
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
