- Responsible for the quality of customer service for regular customers of the Company, maintaining and developing the current and future customer base.
- Coordinate with related departments in service implementation and handling arising problems; negotiate contracts, renew services before expiration; sell more services.
- Consulting information, guiding and answering customers' questions about the company's products and services; participate in activities to promote products, services and business development cooperation programs of the Company with partners.
- Perform other duties as requested by the direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Foreign Languages.
- Good-looking appearance, friendly and professional demeanor; clear, coherent voice; Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using office computers, having skills in drafting and checking contracts.
- Ability to interact with departments, good teamwork; quick in solving situations; Good emotional control.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer service, sales and desire to work in a business environment.
