Detailed work:- Attend online classes via Zoom: take attendance of customers, interact with customers at the beginning of the hour, support parents and speakers when needed, record the phone number of parents who want to participate in the course.
- Before online class: Notice to remind parents to join the course via zalo, phone, email.
- After the online class: Call, email customers to invite them to participate in the intensive course, give additional advice to parents so that they can participate in the intensive course and close the sale.
- On-site social networking sites: Respond to parent counseling, interact with parents on the site
- Taking care of customers through the company's media
- Coordinate with staff in the department or other departments to effectively implement the company's goals
- Receive, complain, handle customer feedback and notify relevant parties for joint handling.
- Perform other duties as requested by the team leader
- Daily work report according to instructions
