Work location: SaiGon Paragon Building, No. 3, Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
- Receive and handle calls from customers, stores, and other employees for sales according to sales policy
- Create orders on the software, transfer orders to the store. Monitor and urge the store's delivery progress until the end of the order
- Update Store violations and send them to TBP/BP. Customer care synthesizes and processes
- Coordinate to immediately handle problems with phone signals, software, and orders with stores with CHT/Deputy Deputy Director/TBP/Director of TTDV
- Make Telesales sales calls based on lost/new customer data
- Advise, develop plans, synthesize, and propose ideas to help the General Manager/Director of Service Center organize and maintain and improve the quality of the Company's services,...

Shift 2: 10hh00
Shift 3: 7:00 p.m. Sleep at the office and work from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next morning.
Request:
- Male/Female from age .
- Graduated from high school/intermediate school/college/university.
- Have experience in a customer service/sales consulting position of 1 year or more.
- Know how to use basic office computers
- Ability to handle situations and communicate is an advantage.
