    Job Description

    • Create connections through receiving and handling student requests/questions during the learning process, thereby understanding student needs as well as user experience. Synthesize, analyze and find valuable insights.
    • Participate in the research process to find solutions and develop ideas for programs to enhance the learning experience for learners.
    • Act as a bridge to relay ideas and contributions from students to the technical and academic team and vice versa to build and develop products.
    • Learn to improve your professional skills, industry/product knowledge, and competitor knowledge.
    • Support/coordinate work with departments according to each specific project and program
    • Other tasks as assigned by superiors
