    Job Description


    * Job Description:
    The project you will participate in is an ERP (warehouse management and production management) project for a manufacturing plant. The corporation has a scale of 5000 employees.

    Phase 1: Survey and research
    - Coordinate with Business Analyst to conduct surveys, analyze requirements and advise solutions for customers;
    - Research, select and propose technology, software and processes for use in the project;
    - Participate in the interview process and select personnel for the project

    Phase 2: Project Development
    Responsible for all project related issues, including:
    - Be the focal point for receiving project requests;
    - Develop, implement and manage project implementation plans;
    - Responsible for ensuring quality, progress and cost;
    - Responsible for training orientation and evaluation of project members;
    - Implement programs to improve productivity and human resource quality
    - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

    ***Requirements:

    - Graduated from university majoring in IT;
    - Good communication in Japanese, equivalent to N2 or higher;
    - At least 05 years of experience in managing projects of over 10 people;
    - Have experience and in-depth understanding of ERP systems for manufacturing plants;
    - Have experience working for Japanese market;
    - Ability to communicate and convey well

    Salary in NET/gross : 3000$ gross (can nego)


    Working time: Mon-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
