- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa .
- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, messages and other documents from Chinese into VietnameseEnglish and vice versa .
o Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally and internally.
o Check translations of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
o Fill in simple forms and other documents as required
o Assist with administrative tasks.
o Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, ETC. as needed.
o Run general industry-related errands.
o Other tasks assigned by the Manager and Director.
English Intern - 3rd or 4th-year student from UniversitiesColleges; good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Attention to detail is a must. - Strong organization and communication skills. - Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and editing skills. - Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. - A good command of written and spoken Chinese and Vietnamese (equivalent to HSK 5 – HSK 6). - Able to use English for basic conversations (preferred). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Attention to detail is a must. - Strong organization and communication skills. - Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and editing skills. - Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. - Hard-working, good team player, supportive, proactive and reliable. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
