Receiving orders from the sales department, analyzing data, planning - production schedule.
- Estimate, negotiate on production time and budget. Ensure the production of goods on time and within the set budget.
- Implementation of production plan.
- Coordination and assignment of production work.
- Urging and inspecting the production in accordance with the technological process, ensuring the right quality and progress as required.
- Report work periodically or when required by the board of directors.
- Coordinate with other departments to adjust the production management process accordingly.
- Monitor and propose adjustment plans if appropriate.
- Prepare production tracking and statistics reports.
- Allocate and evaluate the performance of workers and subordinates.
- Planning of demand, coordination, rotation of equipment and materials
- Production management, detection, evaluation and remedy of product defects.
* Request:
- Graduating from college or higher.
- Experience in a similar position
- Can read technical drawings.
Skills: management, planning.
- Japanese/English communication
- Know how to use and understand VBA
