Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and giving content strategy, keyword strategy to help increase the ranking of the company's website on search pages according to the company's KPIs.
- Manage website content and implement a standard SEO content system with the right brand, product development strategy.
- Implement the Digital Marketing plan in the direction of brand communication to achieve the company's goals (KPIs):
+ Implement advertising and branding campaigns through Digital Marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, SMS Marketing, ...)
+ Track, analyze, optimize, measure conversion rates, control the budget of advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook ...)
- Monitor, measure, evaluate, monitor and report weekly/monthly KPI for management
- Building and implementing activities and working processes for the Marketing Team to achieve optimal work efficiency.
- Responsible for managing the company's Marketing team, performing other marketing tasks from superiors.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of onpage and offpage SEO from basic to in-depth
- Strong SEO Mindset, user experience, update new SEO trends of the world
- Good use of SEO analysis tools such as ahrefs, keywordtool.io, Website Auditor,...Google Analytics, Google Console, ...
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or 2 years in Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of Marketing knowledge in general, understanding of Digital Marketing channels and E-commerce platforms.
- Proactive, creative, dynamic and have a spirit of learning, good teamwork.
