Job Description

Plan and implement the establishment of a strict and safe warehouse management system, meeting warehouse operations requirements, combined with GMP guidelines.
Periodically check inventory and report to Supply Manager on import - export - inventory situation.
Arrange goods in the warehouse neatly, scientifically, in accordance with regulations on storage location, isolation, and inspection.
Export and import procedures.
Forecast for Supply Manager on raw material and packaging import to ensure timely delivery according to production plan.
Participate in evaluating raw material and packaging suppliers.
Coordinate and facilitate GMP inspections and warehouse inventory.
Coordinate personnel to perform the distribution together with Production and IPC.
Monitor and ensure storage conditions meet requirements and regulations.
Organize quarantine identification labels for raw materials.
Check quantity and type of each shipment against invoice.
Ensure warehouse is always clean according to regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
