Job details:
- Develop a plan to develop corporate culture monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Develop, propose ideas and organize the implementation of movement activities, emulation programs, and develop corporate culture
- Develop and complete documents and instructions related to corporate culture.
- Training on Corporate Culture for new personnel. Participate in synthesizing integration results of new personnel.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors & direct management.
Criteria recruit:
- Professional qualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of Corporate Culture OR 5 years of working experience in other jobs.
- Proficient in using office information technology (excel, word, powerpoint)
- Ability to organize internal events and Team Building.
