    Job Description

    Directly prepare documents and files for construction project investment;
    - Participate with the project management team from pre-feasibility study, construction implementation, project handover and operation;
    - Participate in surveying, searching for locations, investment opportunities, preparing project proposal documents, bidding documents... according to the provisions of the Investment Law;
    - Participate in working with state management agencies on project development aspects (investor selection, investment preparation, site clearance) of the project;
    - Participate in working with state management agencies and consulting units to review design documents of bidding packages and construction items of the project;
    - Participate in working with contractors, consultants, and partners on progress monitoring and reviewing technical quality of documents from the project development perspective;
    - Support the Board of Directors in building, connecting, maintaining and developing relationships with associations, organizations, state agencies and local authorities.
    - Other tasks as directed by superiors.
