    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Responsible for supervising and managing all construction activities at the site.
    • Make a general and detailed construction plan according to the signed contract schedule.
    • Organize work implementation at the site, assign work to construction teams and control progress.
    • Check and test the electrical system after completion.
    • Management of materials, equipment and machinery during construction.
    • Coordinate with supervision consultants, project management board and stakeholders to handle technical, progress and documentation issues.
    • Support the Commander in separating actual construction volume to serve payment to the investor.
    • Periodically report progress, quality and problems arising during construction.
    • Ensure the project is completed on schedule, meeting technical and safety requirements as prescribed.
    • Participate in project risk analysis and proactively propose solutions for handling and prevention.
    • Perform other duties as required by management.
