II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position's main task is to assist the Consulting Manager and the director/deputy director of the center to carry out coordination and logistics activities for the center's activities including training courses and project consulting, and are under the direct management of the center's deputy director, specifically the following tasks: - ASSISTANT BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
- Carry out monthly and arising work schedules of the Board of Directors and synthesize work schedules of all staff.
- Participate in supporting the Board of Directors in meetings with partners: Complete logistical work related to receiving partners.
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing logistics for the organization's training/consulting courses;
- Mainly responsible for associating with experts/partners in the organization's training/consulting courses.
- Support the Consulting Manager in coordinating the preparation of materials for consulting courses;
- Perform translation work of documents, reports, training materials from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Participate in the Center's consulting missions in the field with collaborating units.
- Support Lead Instructors/Consultants in practical consulting activities in class or in the field.
- Support Experts/Main Trainers in synthesizing information and completing consulting reports after each consulting/training course.

- Participate in writing proposals and related reports of the project;

III. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - At least have a bachelor's degree in banking and finance, financial knowledge is preferred
- Good English level
- Ability to translate and communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese
- Work independently, proactively, creatively in work, and have a spirit of cooperation and harmony in a team environment
- Have high responsibility in assigned work
- Have skills in analysis, evaluation, problem solving and working under pressure
- Have a good sense of organization and planning
- Honest, forward-thinking, good at listening and adapting quickly at work
- Willing to travel and work overtime when required
