    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT
    + Closely monitor the contractor's construction process.
    + Inspection results must be clearly recorded in construction minutes and logbooks.
    + Confirm as-built drawings of the project.
    + Conduct acceptance of the project.
    + Check all documents serving the acceptance of the project, materials, equipment, machinery, each item and complete the construction project.
    + Report to the investor when errors are discovered so they can be corrected promptly.
    + Organize re-inspection of the quality of construction parts and items if there are doubts about the quality.
    + Coordinate and preside over any parties having problems and resolve problems and conflicts that arise during and after implementation.
