Develop and draft procedures and regulations to operate school activities.
Plan and conduct compliance control activities
Control the quality of training activities and the quality of services provided to students
Carry out activities to collect and analyze data and indicators on training quality, service quality and performance evaluation indicators of departments.
Provide guidance and support for operating systems and regulatory processes for relevant parties.
Coordinate the implementation of projects/activities to continuously improve processes and systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
