Job Description

1. Position: Sales Staff

Job Objective:

Consulting, introducing and selling products to customers.

Ensure sales targets according to company plan.

2. Main tasks:

Product consultation & introduction:

Understand features, uses, prices and promotions.

Explain to customers clearly which products are suitable for their needs.

2. Sales & closing:

Direct or online consultation (via Facebook, Zalo, Shopee,...).

Record and process orders.

Guide customers on how to use the product effectively.

3. Goods management:

Beautiful product display.

Check expiry date, inventory quantity and import and export reports.

4. Achieve sales targets:

Track personal progress.

Proactively propose solutions when sales are not achieved.

Skill requirements:

Good communication, enthusiastic, persuasive skills.

Understand the product and the market.

Be persistent, don't be afraid of rejection.
