Job Description

Gosell is a leading software solutions provider specializing in digital transformation and enterprise software development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and digital transformation space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's network and brand presence.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, promoting the value and benefits of our software solutions.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferred in the software or digital transformation industry.
Strong network of contacts within the enterprise sector, with a track record of successful client relationship management.
Solid understanding of software solutions and digital transformation concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in basic English is required.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
Address: 12 Floor, 60A Truong Son Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
