Job description

Based on the company's development strategy, organize and implement partner recruitment activities in the field of cross-border e-commerce; including but not limited to: developing partner recruitment plans, determining partner recruitment promotion plans, collecting and screening target customers, organizing cooperation negotiations, signing contracts, and achieving partner recruitment targets.
Responsible for implementing, operating, and ensuring the effectiveness of the company's cross-border e-commerce collaboration projects.
Build and manage a pool of potential clients/partners; establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with relevant government agencies, industry associations, and potential customers.
Conduct market research on competing projects and prepare in-depth analytical reports with strategic direction.
Drafting partner recruitment materials; organizing and promoting the standardization of contracts and agreements related to partner recruitment activities.
Coordinate the implementation of tasks related to project design, planning, operation, and practical deployment.
Participate in activities related to attracting investment in specific industries and the supply chain ecosystem.
Perform other tasks as arranged by the company in stages or as assigned by management.

Job requirements

University degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in partner/investment recruitment; including at least 3 years of experience managing partner recruitment in the cross-border e-commerce or internet sector.
Understanding development trends, policies, and marketing models in the investment recruitment sector; preference will be given to candidates with extensive brand and customer resources within the same industry.
Possesses the ability to analyze and solve problems independently; is perceptive in understanding market developments and trends.
Possesses good moral character, a high level of initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility; has strong analytical thinking, communication, and empathy skills.

9th Floor, A&T Building, 171 Hai Ba Trung Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Monday - Saturday: Morning 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: Work every other week , as arranged by the Company.
