Job Description

Regularly conduct research on the overall market or assigned area. Identify appropriate strategies to develop and review quarterly and annual business plans.
Search for information about customers with software development needs in global markets from many different channels to build a quality and potential customer information system.
Use Email Marketing to send information about the company's products and software services to customers, help them consult as well as answer customer questions when receiving email responses.
Directly (or indirectly) contact potential customers who have responded from the company's data system or lists that you have searched for yourself to introduce your products, services, and incentive programs. company.
Carry out procedures such as: documents, sign contracts with customers who agree to buy products or services.
Analyze & forecast customer and market situations, propose necessary countermeasures in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other departments such as engineering and production to implement contract implementation to ensure customer requirements.
