Job Description:
● Meet sales objectives and initiate business pitches across to clients and agencies.
● Develop market opportunities by identifying client requirement, defining market positioning as well as promoting and introducing new cutting edge product.
● Work closely with media team to create a competitive media plan that meets client requirements.
● Prepare weekly reports and analyzing sales team performance.
Job Requirements:
● Degree holder or equivalent.
● Minimum 1 year working experience in digital media industry is a must.
● Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
● Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
● Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
● Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
● Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
● Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
● Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
● Experience in leading Sale of major digital adnetwork, agencies or online publisher is a plus.
