Job Description
Work directly with customers to collect and clarify requirements from customers
Build and manage documents on demand
Analyze risks related to software products, databases and propose solutions (if any)
Closely interact with other stakeholders and customers to ensure proper coordination and execution of software product development projects
Support project management in project planning and implementation
Conduct product quality control to ensure that it meets business requirements.
Draft user manuals, organize instructions, support users in using the product and assist in troubleshooting when problems occur.
Research, analyze, compare and propose appropriate technology solutions to apply and deploy software projects to meet current and future needs.
Candidate requirements
Graduated from Information Technology or related majors
From 2 years of BA experience for Japanese companies.
Proficient in Japanese communication (equivalent to N2 or higher)
Experience working with Hotel management projects is a plus
Good use of design analysis support tools
Good knowledge of IT and understanding of technical design
Having UI/UX Designer skills is an advantage
Experience working with Agile Scrum is an advantage
Ability to communicate ideas to the development team.
