    Job Description

    • Analyze PO requirements and User flow, identify and classify requirements, concretize into easy-to-understand user stories to perform feature development.
    • Sprint planning: ensure the level of work requirements for each individual in the team, evaluate the level of completion.
    • Lead Scrum meetings to monitor progress, conduct sprint review meetings and sprint retrospective meetings, and ensure that the sprint goal is achieved.
    • Interact, remove barriers, and flexibly coordinate team members' work to optimize performance and achieve common team goals.
    • Write technical requirements and related documentation.

    Candidate requirements

    • At least 2 years of previous work experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master or similar position.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Ability to solve problems and handle conflicts effectively.
    • Autonomy and ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Understanding of Agile project management and user research tools and techniques such as JIRA, Trello, Usability Testing, User Interviews, Surveys, or Analytics Tools.
