- Receive product requirements, analyze, clarify requirements and agree with stakeholders, proactively advise solutions for users;
- Requirements analysis, product functional design.
- Building business analysis documents, requirements specification, business process modeling, mockups, prototypes for products/services
- Coordinate with the programming department to understand the customer's wishes and operations and evaluate the technical feasibility
- Unify product requirements with the software team, support the programming team in the process of perfecting the product.
- Participate in software acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the requirements of customers.
- Assist project manager in project planning and implementation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management staff.
- Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. From Monday to Friday. Saturday works 2 alternate days/month. Sunday off
