Receive and manage, make a plan to survey all business requirements of customers sent to the project.
Analyze the business requirements of products and customers, prioritize classification.
Advise the Board of Directors and propose, develop frameworks, regulations, processes and professional policies.
Organize and assign work to team members.
Manage and review the work of the BA team to ensure that the professional documents are properly and professionally met by the customer and on time.
Participating in detailed BA work: Information gathering & analysis, requirements clarification, documentation, business modeling, professional training for Dev.
Manage changes during Project implementation.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve application software and technology solutions.
Research competitor software products and market trends to come up with improvement ideas.
Build Scenario and support QA team in product suitability testing before customer launch.
Participate in software acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the requirements of customers.
Develop user manuals and deliverables for end users.
