Job Description
Requirements Gathering: Interact with internal departments and users to gather, analyze and define business requirements for internal software products.
Analysis and Modeling: Analyze business requirements and model business processes using tools and methods like UML, BPMN.
Documentation: Write and maintain business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements documents (FRD), and technical specifications (SRS) for internal software projects.
Requirements Management: Manage and track requirements from collection to implementation, ensuring that requirements are implemented correctly and completely.
Prototyping: Collaborate with development and design teams to create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to illustrate requirements and proposed solutions.
Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of internal software solutions, making recommendations for improvement based on analysis results.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Supports the product testing process to ensure that business requirements are implemented correctly and the product is of high quality.
Deployment Support: Support internal software deployment, user training and user documentation.
Candidate requirements
· Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or equivalent position, especially with internal software products..
Solid knowledge of software development process and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum.
Experience using analysis and modeling tools such as UML, BPMN, Microsoft Visio.
Ability to write clear, detailed business requirements, functional requirements and technical documents.
Data analysis skills and use of tools such as Excel, SQL to analyze and report data.
Understanding of modern software technologies and new technology trends.

Total income up to 15 months salary/year
