Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify business needs.
Analysis and Documentation:
• Create clear and concise documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Manage and communicate changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Evaluation:
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess the proposed solutions.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of solutions by providing business context and insights.
Testing and Validation:
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Validate implemented solutions against the documented requirements.
Project Support:
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for deploying solutions, including troubleshooting and refinement.
Technical attributes:
- 4+ years of experience working in similar position
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (eg, UML, BPMN).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
- High-intermediate to advanced level in English (Written & Verbal)
Additional attribute (Preferred not required):
- Working experience in ERP type systems, Accounting or Retail POS systems etc.
- Experience with workflow based systems
- Experience with data analysis tools (ie, SQL, Excel, Tableau) is advantageous
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (eg, CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
