    Job Description

    • Analyze business requirements, transform into system development requirements through writing and managing specification documents (URD, SRS, API spec).
    • Fully and clearly convey business requirements to the development team (developers)
    • Act as a bridge between the business team and the development team, design team in clarifying development requirements, user experience requirements
    • Coordinate with software testing team to ensure product is developed according to requirements according to approved analysis and design documents.

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from University in Information Technology, Foreign Trade, Economics, Banking...
    • Have basic knowledge of software development process.
    • Good logical analysis and abstract thinking skills. Good problem solving skills.
    • At least 3 years in the role of business analyst, writing and managing URD/BRD, SRS, FRS documents... for software projects (banking domain is an advantage)
    • Proficient in office computer, Jira, Confluence, and BPMN software.
    • Have basic knowledge of data design and management (using Oracle, MySQL...)
    • Have basic technical knowledge (API, microservice...)
    • Ability to present, negotiate and communicate well. Ability to work in a team and independently.
    • Enthusiastic, willing to learn
    • Experience with Agile, Scrum is an advantage.
    • English: basic for work.
