    Job Description

    • Participate in projects as a BA in the field of business management software, with priority given to reporting, logistics, and accounting.
    • Survey, collect project requirements, learn about the business processes that need to be implemented.
    • Document business processes into requirements analysis, functional descriptions/specifications, workflows, prototypes, wireframes and handover to the project development team.
    • Participate in interaction and coordination with other departments (testing, UI/UX, programming ...) during the development process to ensure project members clearly understand and correctly grasp the requirements to be met.
    • Support planning, evaluation, and testing of software product quality
    • Perform tasks as required by management

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from University/College majoring in IT, finance, accounting, business, commerce,...
    • Over 1 year of experience in BA position related to enterprise software field...
    • Have knowledge of UI/UX, proficient in using drawing support tools.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Have good communication skills, problem solving skills
    • Have good logical thinking and flexible situation handling
    • Passionate and interested in researching and evaluating project solutions.

    Priority (not required):

    • Experienced in implementing projects on ERP, CRM systems,... and projects with large number of users, online + mobile systems.
    • Have knowledge of project development using Agile/Scrum methodology.
    • BA related certifications
    • Experience in software testing is an advantage
