Job Description
- Collect, analyze and clarify requirements from customers or end users or from brse
- Convert business requirements into technical documents for the development team (Business Requirement Document - BRD, Functional Specification, Use Case, User Stories,...).
- Work directly with customers, development team, QA to ensure correct and complete understanding of requirements.
- Support the testing process (UAT), confirm the output product meets business requirements.
- Participate in planning, risk analysis, and propose appropriate business solutions.
- Contribute to building effective working processes and improving current processes.

Good business analysis skills, logical thinking and problem solving ability.
Experience in writing business analysis documents: BRD, Use Case, Flowchart, Wireframe,...
Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
Ability to work with multiple departments and communicate information clearly.
Proficient in using analysis support tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, - Priority (not required):
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
Basic knowledge of software development process and SDLC models.
Have basic technical knowledge to work effectively with the technical team (understand API, Database, UI/UX...).
Good English skills (especially reading/writing emails, technical documents).
Priority is given to candidates who have worked on projects with Japan.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked on CRM related systems. - Level:
Graduated from University/College in related fields: Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Priority is given to candidates with relevant certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or Scrum Product Owner .
