JOB SUMMARY:
Interact with customers to obtain requirements, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement projects. Create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers to obtain requirements, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement projects.
- Create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the development department to communicate.
- Work with the development team leader to plan, manage projects, and monitor progress.
- Perform quality control, risk management, and other problem management.

- No. of experienced year+2 years of practical experience as a BrSE
- University graduate
- Equivalent to JLPT N1, or the ability to communicate fluently in Japanese for business purposes
- Understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette in Japanese companies
- At least 2 years of practical experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) or at least 6 years of practical experience as an IT communicator
- Strong communication skills, document creation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to organize tasks and plan effectively to complete work within deadlines
- Ability to research, propose solutions, and implement actions to resolve new or difficult problems that arise in the course of work
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in programming
- Experience studying in Japan or working for a Japanese company
- Desired talent profile
- Fluent in Japanese and (basic) knowledge of IT
- Able to create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design
- Flexible communication with customers. Can accurately grasp the main points and speak in an orderly manner (long, roundabout ways of speaking are not acceptable)
- Able to logically analyze problems and make proposals from the user's perspective
- Always be aware of and act on business improvement
- Able to proactively reach out to members and provide support
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Tiếng Nhật, knowledge of Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp and experienced with Kỹ Năng Thuyết Trình. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to Project Manager, understanding of System Engineer and experience with Bridge System Engineer.
