Job description:
Interact with customers to obtain requirements, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement projects.
Create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design.
Act as a bridge between customers and the development department to communicate.
Work with the development team leader to plan, manage projects, and monitor progress.
Perform quality control, risk management, and other problem management.

MUST-HAVE
University graduate
Equivalent to JLPT N1, or the ability to communicate fluently in Japanese for business purposes
Understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette in Japanese companies
At least 2 years of practical experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) or at least 6 years of practical experience as an IT communicator
Strong communication skills, document creation, and presentation abilities
Ability to organize tasks and plan effectively to complete work within deadlines
Ability to research, propose solutions, and implement actions to resolve new or difficult problems that arise in the course of work
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience in programming
Experience studying in Japan or working for a Japanese company
Desired talent profile
Fluent in Japanese and (basic) knowledge of IT
Able to create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design
Flexible communication with customers. Can accurately grasp the main points and speak in an orderly manner (long, roundabout ways of speaking are not acceptable)
