Candidate requirements
More than 3 years of experience as PM or Brse in the field of information technology
Negotiation Skills, Experienced in negotiating directly with both non-engineering and engineering clients in Japan, ensuring agreement on project scope of work, schedule and budget.
Scope and Budget Management, Experience in adjusting project scope, building schedules and managing budgets through effective discussions with clients.
Experience in managing and developing junior staff, helping the team achieve project goals.
Japanese level from N2, proficient in 4 skills, especially communication skills
Problem Solving Ability, Ability to clearly identify and structure complex problems, think logically and make decisions based on data and facts.
Analytical Skills, Analytical skills to understand cause-effect relationships and identify root causes of problems.
Communication Skills, Ability to communicate effectively, convey ideas logically and convincingly, ensuring service quality meets the expectations of the Japanese market.
Experience in project management using Agile methodology.
