    Job Description

    Address: District 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh/HYBRID
    Position: JAPANESE BRIDGE ENGINEER (BrSE, Project Manager)

    JD:
    Overall:
    Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
    Propose and execute business measures based on KPI.
    Review and refine measures through scrum events.
    Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
    Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.

    BSEの本側とのコミュニケーション指導経験あり

    Requirements :
    - Age: 25 -38
    - Japanese skill: Equivalent to Upper N2 or N1 (Very good communication)
    Experience in working with software developers Team
    From 2 years of experience as BrSE
    English skill : Basic ~ Pre-intermediate
    Preferable:
    Experience in being Project Manager
    Experienced in team building

    Working time: Mon-Fri8:00-17:00, Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
    Salary : $1500~$3000 gross (Negotiale)
