Job Description
In charge, manage and take overall responsibility for the entire project in terms of progress, quality and personnel.
Predict risks that may arise in the project and propose solutions.
Ensure project implementation according to customer plan
Proactively propose functional solutions in the project
Act as a bridge between client project management and stakeholders to handle the work of the entire project
Participate in the project quotation process
Job Requirements
At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
Japanese N2 or higher.
Have BrSE experience with Intramart or Salesforce.
Candidates with Salesforce certifications preferred.
Good work management skills, process monitoring and flexibility in problem solving.
Ability to build team.
Highly proactive at work and able to withstand pressure well.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum model.
