Job Description

Position: Bridge Engineer (BrSE / Japanese / Project Manager)

JOB DETAILS

Act as a bridge between Japanese customers and Offshore project teams in Vietnam .
Work directly with Japanese customers: discuss, negotiate, receive and analyze software project requirements , then communicate to the project team in Vietnam .
Project management : planning, progress tracking, development team management.
Control progress, coordinate closely with customers and Project Manager to ensure quality and delivery time.

Job requirements:

Gender: Male/Female
Age: 28 45
Education: University graduate
Japanese level: N2 or higher , able to communicate well with customers.

Experience:

Minimum 45 years in IT field .
At least 2 years of experience in PM or BrSE position .
Experienced in developing web systems, core systems (B2B) .
At least 1 year of experience managing software projects for Japanese customers (candidates who have worked in Japan are an advantage).
Candidates with experience with AWS (especially EC2, RDS) are preferred.
Master technology: Backend (Java) , Frontend (React) ,...

Salary:
Up to 70,000,000 VND/month

Working time:

Monday Friday
Morning: 8:30 - 12:00
Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:30
