■ Contents of work:
- Factory manager/Production manager under the direction of Japanese boss
- Production planning and implementation
- Daily update of daily production situation on personnel, shift delivery...
- Control production cost by discounting production cost
- Report productivity, quality daily and give solutions if not met
- Proposing ideas and plans to serve the work

■ Requirements:
- Male . From age
- Japanese equivalent to N2
- Graduate
- From 3 years of experience in production management, factory management or more
- Good communication and able to work under pressure
■Salary: ~gross
■Working time: Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm), 1 Saturday off every month
