Job Summary:
- Responsible for converting language from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa, ensuring that the message and meaning of the content are conveyed accurately and naturally.
Mission:
- Document translation: Translate texts and documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa, including technical documents, reports, documents in the field of product research and development, and many other types of documents.
- Interpreting in meetings: Participate in meetings, seminars or events where direct interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese speaking parties is required quickly and flexibly to convey information accurately and promptly.
- Research and preparation: Before undertaking an interpreting assignment, it is necessary to research the subject, terminology and context to ensure that they have the knowledge and information necessary to do the job effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and naturalness: Ensure that the translated content is not only semantically accurate but also natural and culturally appropriate to the listener; have extensive knowledge of both languages and cultures.
- Notes and reports: Take notes of key points to aid in communication. After completing the interpretation, prepare a report on the interpreted content when requested.
- Support in communication: Interpreting in daily communication between Japanese and Vietnamese employees, helping to create a favorable and effective working environment.
