    Job Description

    ■Job content:
    - Factory management/Production management under the direction of Japanese Boss
    - Planning and implementing production
    - Daily updates on daily production situation in terms of personnel, shift assignments...
    - Control production costs according to production price discounts
    - Report daily productivity and quality and provide solutions if not achieved
    - Propose ideas and plans for work
    - Job details will be discussed further during the interview.
    ■Requirements:
    - Male . From age
    - Japanese N2
    - Graduate
    - 3 years or more of production and factory management experience
    - Communicate well and withstand pressure at work
    ■Salary: ~ gross
    ■Working hours: Monday ~ Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), 1 Saturday off per month
    ■Benefits
    - 13th month salary
