Job Description

* Job description:

Develop new features that satisfy users.
Create a database platform and program library that can be reused many times in the future.
Program and ensure the feasibility of user interface designs.
Optimize the application for maximum speed and future scalability.
Ensure all user information is correctly authenticated.
Collect and analyze data, operations, and code snippets to predict and fix problems or issues that need improvement.
Develop, implement and maintain the website's content management system.
Collaborate with Front End Developer to set goals and develop features that enhance user experience.
Develop ideas for new programs, products or features according to the evolving market trends.
Record important data and report to stakeholders, customers or company leadership.
Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

* Job requirements:

No degree required, you just need to have 2-3 years of experience and proficiency in programming.
Knowledge and proficiency in at least one of the programming languages such as Java, PHP or Python.
Understand the website development process as well as other programming techniques and tools.
Always prioritize efficiency, user experience, and workflow improvement
Able to read and understand English documents.
Ability to search and take initiative in work.
Responsible for work, able to work independently and withstand high pressure.
Communication skills, teamwork.
Eager to learn, persevering, positive outlook on life.
