Job duties
- Organize the department's activities in accordance with the regulations of the Ultrasound Department.
- Develop the department's annual operating plan (human resources, equipment procurement, biological products, new technical development, new services, research, training...).
- Develop and periodically update quality management processes and technical processes.
- Perform diagnostic imaging. Ensure to meet the medical examination and treatment requirements of patients and clinical departments
- Closely contact with clinical departments and paraclinical departments to receive and process information on technical expertise to improve ultrasound quality.
- Check and sign off on ultrasound results to serve diagnosis and treatment.
- Manage estimates and use of consumable materials. Operate and check medical equipment, tools, and drugs at the workplace, ensuring adequate medical tools and drugs to serve patients.
- Participate in scientific research and training. Propose improvements to improve the operational efficiency of the department and hospital.
Request:
- Graduated from University/Master, majoring in Imaging Diagnosis I or higher.
- Have a practicing certificate in Diagnostic Imaging. Priority is given to candidates with experience in similar positions.
- Problem solving skills, handling situations quickly, making effective decisions.
- Ability to lead and manage a medical team, communicate and work in a multicultural environment.
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure.
- Office computer.
- English communication.
