- Develop and promote HR strategy as well as cooperate with headquarters
- Planning & Recruiting personnel for the company
- Develop and operate training system/plan and implement personnel development measures when necessary
- Evaluation/remuneration system
- Salary/labor related activities and other HR activities in general
Requirement
- Male Female
- Ageyears old
- Graduate
- Good communication Japanese N2~N1 + basic English
- 3 years of HR_GA experience.
- Good management and communication. Can handle multitasking
- High sense of responsibility, carefulness, enthusiasm in work
- Patient and able to work well under pressure
- Have worked and understood Japanese company culture

■Salary: $700~1200USD gross
