- Carry out trouble shooting and fix technical issue to ensure lowest down time and loss. Ensure on time in full and speed to market. Conduct troubleshooting and technical troubleshooting to minimize damage and wait times. Ensure production products meet the requirements of: “on time, complete” and speed. - Timely calibrate machines / conduct center line calibration to make sure all settings are at the optimized level and machine deliver highest quality and volume. Timely fix / carry out troubleshooting to optimize equipment / machinery, ensure quality and output at the best level. - Plan for maintenance program and carry out Plan as per schedule. Plan for maintenance and execute the Scheduled Plan. - Plan for necessary fast moving and insurance spares need to be stocked for machine consumption, identify obsolete part then propose the back up for plan to upgrade. Plan for ramping up production when needed and stock up on needed equipment, identify defects that have arisen, then suggest redundancy for an upgrade plan. - Coordinate with other team and implement improvement plan to improve the performance losses. Coordinate with other departments/teams and implement improvement plan to improve loss. - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager. Other jobs assigned by TBP.
