Job description:
Leader position:
- Develop social marketing strategy
- Researching the market, establishing target customers to reach, determining access channels, positioning products
- Collaborate with other departments (Customer Relations, Sales, to manage the company's reputation and identify competitors in the market.
- Manage the work of other employees, evaluate the quality of work.
Staff:
- Manage communities of people interested in businesses and products marketed on social networks - monitor and respond appropriately to comments relevant to the business.
- Collect and analyze key metrics and user insights on social networks for proper optimization
- Having professional knowledge of basic statistical software (SPSS, SAS) and MS Office
- Know the flexible ways of using search engines, web analytics and business research
- Experience in using specialized software such as CRM software
- Report periodically to superiors on the effectiveness of social channels
Request:
- Must have at least 3 months experience in related positions
- Have knowledge and experience in managing and operating social media channels
- Basic understanding of marketing and communication channel system and marketing tools
- Having professional knowledge of basic statistical software (SPSS, SAS) and MS Office
- Know the flexible ways of using search engines, web analytics and business research
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Working time:
- Full Time: 8am - 7pm (2 hour lunch break)
- Part-time: 6 hours/shift (2 morning/afternoon shifts)
- 4 days off/month (if you take less than 4 days off, you will get x2 salary for that working day)
Income:
- Hard salary according to level (increase level by month, minimum 10%)
- Hot bonus

- Team bonus (Leader is received from % )
- Weekly bonus
- Monthly bonus.
- At the end of the year, get more seniority bonus (from 1-3 months salary) + Tet bonus
- Leader bonus: seniority bonus (monthly salary) + Tet bonus + year-end bonus
- Full time: 8 million-15 million/month
- Part time: 5 million-8 million/month
- Leader: 10 million-20 million/month
