• Directly report to Business Director
• Prepare BOD Deck and present to BOD in The BOD meetings (Quarterly / in English)
• Media Relations & Public Relations (Advertorial, PR Press release)
• Develop marketing strategies and strategies (Multi Marketing Channels) to position the company in the market
• Monitor the monthly, quarterly, annual marketing budget and allocate funds effectively
• Working with Operation Team (Branches) to achieve weekly sales goals
• Recruitment, training, and coaching Marketing Team
• Build strategic and relationships with key partners (QSR, Grab, VinID, AEON Mall, Vincom, TAPTAP, Momo, Shopee...)
• Due to the market intelligence, customer insights, data analysis, trending forecast
• Customer Relation (handling serious complaints).
• Working with Timezone International Group Singapore team on key channels and new marketing (CRM, SEM, SEO, eDM, Mobile App…)
• Managing budgets, optimizing marketing costs on Digital channels; Managing and implementing marketing plans on google, Facebook, ability to setup and run Facebook Ads, etc.
• Making report, measuring, and evaluating KPI effectiveness of Digital Marketing channels.
• Other tasks as requested by Business Director
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as an assistant marketing manager.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
